About us: Artifact is a small, independent streetwear brand based in Denmark. Products are made in limited quantities.

Orders: By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Pricing: All prices are listed in DKK and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

Payment: Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment details.

Product availability: Items are produced in limited batches. We do not guarantee restocks once a product sells out.

Intellectual property: All content on this site, including the Artifact name, logo, and product designs, is the property of Artifact and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability: Artifact is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
