Return conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us, and 14 more days to send it back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return: Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
